I’m sure by now you’ve heard of the Water Color technique. If you haven’t, whereeeeee have you been??? This method has been on the rise, thanks to Instagram, and it’s really an easy and cost-friendly way to color your bundles. It only costs about $20 for everything you need! What you’ll need:
1 Bottle of hair color (2 for a more intense color)
613 Extensions
Plastic spoon or whisk
Large plastic bowl
Hot tap water
Gloves
Prep your bundles by unraveling and detangling them. (DO NOT leave any labels or rubber bands on your bundles!) Prep your bath by filling your plastic bowl with the hot water. Next, take your spoon or whisk and stir in the hair color. With your gloves on, gently submerge your bundles in the bowl. Try not to dunk the hair in the bowl. Dunking can possibly give an uneven color, and your bundles may not all turn out same shade. Allow them to sit in the water until they reach your desired color.
Once your bundles are the color of your liking, follow up with a conditioner and allow your extensions to air dry. Boom, you’re done! Easy, quick and super simple. Go be creative!
