What is the difference between the Premium Beauty Collection and the Luxurious Beauty Collection?

Our main goal is to provide beautiful hair to everyone by offering two collections that include top quality wigs and hair extensions! The Premium Beauty Collection consists of Virgin human hair that has been sourced from multiple donors and steam-processed to create the beautiful curl patterns you love. This collection will not break any beauty's bank as these extensions are very affordable and most of these wigs are under $250! Our Luxurious Beauty Collection is truly unmatched. Hair extensions and wigs from this collection can be either Virgin or Raw human hair and is single donor sourced to ensure higher quality. The option to shop from either collection allows our customers to shop for what's best for them!

Do you offer additional services?

Absolutely! We offer cut and coloring services for as add-on services with custom wig constructions. If you are interested in these add-on services, please send an email to jluxbeauty@mail.com upon completing your order.

What measurements are needed for a custom wig? 

Taking measurements for a custom wig can be done in six easy ways. You just need: circumference, hairline to nape, ear to ear across the top of the head and nape of neck. 

*If measurements are not given, the wig will be made on standard medium cap*

How long is processing and shipping?

All ready to ship wigs will take 1-3 business days for processing. Custom wigs will take up to 5 business days for processing. Domestic shipping takes 5-7 business days. International shipping takes 7-10 business days. 

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes! International shipping takes 10-14 business days in addition to processing time. 

What is your returns policy?

For sanitation purposes, we do not issue returns or exchanges of our wigs. All sales are final. Changes can be made to custom wigs if you are not satisfied.
